The role manages end-user technology services across Microsoft 365, identity and access, IT service management, device provisioning, asset and license management, vendor relationships, and ITIL processes. It requires strong Windows troubleshooting, endpoint management, network, security, and ITSM experience, along with a bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of relevant IT operations, helpdesk, or technical support experience.
