H2 Performance Consulting is hiring a Helpdesk Specialist/Help Desk Support Specialist to support a White Sands Missile Range project in White Sands, New Mexico. The role is performed 100% on-client and provides user account management, incident and problem resolution, technical troubleshooting, documentation, reporting, end-user support, and ITIL-based service delivery. Candidates need a high school diploma or related education, relevant help desk experience ranging from 1–2 years at junior level through 5+ years at senior level, one listed IT certification, and at least a Secret clearance.
