Description
This is a general labor position on solar jobsite projects involving various duties such as PV Installer, Helper, General Labor, and Quality Control. The role requires working off ladders and scaffolding, operating hand tools like tape measures, wrenches, hammers, drills, rivet guns, shovels, grinders, and rakes. Candidates should possess good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure. Reliable transportation and willingness to work extended hours, overtime, weekends, and holidays are essential. Prior experience or training is not required, although some high school education or related experience/training is preferred. Physical demands include standing, walking, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, talking, hearing, lifting up to 25 pounds, and exposure to outdoor weather conditions like extreme heat and risk of electrical shock. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception.
