Roland Berger is hiring a Consulting Intern in Abu Dhabi for a 6- to 9-month engagement with an immediate start. The intern will collaborate with project teams on assignments for top companies, conduct research and data analysis, analyze complex business problems, prepare presentations and reports, participate in client meetings, and support strategic plans, organizational redesigns, market analysis, production strategies, and sourcing optimization projects. The role is limited to UAE nationals, preferably based in Abu Dhabi, and requires a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, STEM, or Data Analytics, strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and previous internship or relevant experience.
