Lantheus is hiring a remote Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) Director to lead HEOR strategy and research projects for its Prostate Franchise and pipeline assets. The role partners with Commercial, Medical Affairs, R&D, Marketing, and Market Access teams; develops evidence strategies; oversees study design, analysis, reporting, and publication; manages budgets; and provides thought leadership. Candidates need an MS or MPH in a relevant field, at least seven years of relevant HEOR experience, expertise in secondary databases, pharmacoeconomic modeling, and systematic reviews, strong project management and communication skills, and 25–30% travel. The position pays $172,000–$287,000 annually and includes medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage.
