The role involves feeding, watering, vaccinating, treating, moving, and processing piglets; maintaining sanitation, records, facilities, and equipment; and following animal welfare, biosecurity, environmental, and safety procedures. It pays $16.75 per hour initially, increasing to $18.75 after required certifications, with eligibility for a quarterly bonus after full certification.
