Description
HERizon Weeks is a five-week consulting development program for female students in their first semesters of business administration or economics, or female students from non-business programs who have not yet worked in consulting. The program includes onboarding, a four-week project module, and a final reflection module, with trainings, mentoring, community support, and work on a real consulting project. Participants are employed during the program period and receive compensation; the program is intended to help students explore consulting and may lead to a regular internship. Applications are currently open for the February 15–March 19, 2027 period, with applications collected until October 25, 2026.
