Description
The Process Safety Manager leads and improves process safety programs, regulatory compliance, hazard identification and mitigation, incident investigations, leak calculations, metrics, audits, and training across Marathon Petroleum facilities. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field with no relevant experience, or a high school diploma or GED with five years of relevant process-industry experience, plus successful completion of a Marathon Petroleum HESS internship, a valid driver’s license, and authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship. The position is full-time in Midland, Texas, with health, vision, and dental insurance and other benefits.
