DPD is hiring a permanent HGV Driver for its national transport department in Stoke on Trent. The role involves nationwide bulk collections and deliveries, trailer swaps, loading and unloading, route management using GPS and digital tachographs, customer and dispatcher relations, vehicle inspections, and safe driving. The position pays £16.35 per hour plus a £2.72 per hour night-rate premium and enhanced overtime, runs Monday to Friday from 15:00 to 03:45, and requires a valid UK Class 1 (Category CE) licence, CPC Card, Digital Tachograph Card, and at least six months of Class 1 vehicle experience.
