Description
Qualcomm is hiring a Memory System Validation Lead to define and execute validation strategies for custom high-bandwidth memory subsystems integrated with large-scale AI compute platforms. The role leads pre-silicon and post-silicon HBM validation, memory bring-up, performance characterization, reliability and RAS testing, complex silicon debugging, and scalable automation. Candidates need a relevant degree and 6–8+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related experience, along with expertise in DDR, HBM, memory controllers, PHY architectures, cache and coherency systems, and debugging tools.
