Description
The role is responsible for greeting and checking guests into the gym, high-dive pool, lounge, and club areas; providing personalized and family-style service; maintaining accurate guest records; selling products and outdoor offerings; cleaning and restocking the areas; assisting guests with amenities and refreshments; educating guests about facilities; and responding to emergencies. The position requires customer service, English fluency, integrity, and the ability to perform physical duties such as pushing heavy carts and lifting up to 60 pounds. A high school diploma or equivalent and CPR training are preferred, while previous gym and pool experience is also requested.
