Sligro is hiring an Assistant Logistics Team Leader in Rotselaar to combine hands-on warehouse work with supporting management. The role is 70% operational and 30% management, involves motivating colleagues, supporting permanent team leaders, monitoring HACCP, cold-chain, and 6S standards, and improving delivery and customer satisfaction. Candidates need an MTO diploma or equivalent logistics experience, practical warehouse or leadership experience, WMS and inventory-management knowledge, fluent Dutch, and availability for a Tuesday–Saturday day shift. The position pays €17.65 per hour initially, with increases to €18.20 after 21 days and €18.83 after 86 days, plus cold-storage and shift premiums, meal vouchers, training, and a potential permanent contract.
