Impact Workforce Solutions is hiring a full-time High Reach Operator in Fort Mill, South Carolina. The role operates high-reach and sit-down forklifts, performs inventory management, puts away and distributes materials to production cells, breaks down boxes, maintains warehouse aisles, and supports cycle counting and inventory accuracy. The position offers two shifts with pay of $16 per hour for the first shift and $17 per hour for the second shift, along with paid time off, paid holidays, health insurance premium assistance, and retirement and savings programs.
