Paladin Security is hiring a full-time, on-site High-Rise Security Guard in Calgary to patrol high-profile downtown properties, provide customer service, respond to incidents and emergencies, and support investigations. The role also includes Operation Centre duties such as monitoring security and life-safety systems, reviewing CCTV, dispatching personnel, managing calls, and coordinating with emergency responders. Candidates need a valid Alberta Security License or ability to obtain one, Grade 12 or equivalent, a valid driver's license, strong communication and report-writing skills, CCTV and radio experience, and the ability to perform extensive patrols and work in varying weather conditions. The position pays CA$21.00–CA$23.00 per hour and includes rotating days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
