Description
KIPP Columbus is hiring a Special Educator to provide specially designed instruction in small groups to students on an assigned caseload. The role implements IEPs, differentiates instruction, delivers direct intervention, supports general education teachers through co-planning and co-teaching, advocates for inclusive practices, participates in IEP and MTSS meetings, and maintains student progress documentation. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, an Ohio Special Education Intervention Specialist License or willingness to obtain certification, and experience with ETR meetings, IEPs, progress monitoring, data collection, and SameGoal.
