KIPP Columbus is hiring a Resource Room Intervention Specialist to provide specially designed instruction to students with disabilities in small groups, teach Math or English courses required for graduation, and lead transition activities. The role includes implementing IEPs, differentiating instruction, providing direct intervention, supporting behavioral and social-emotional needs, coordinating with families and related-service providers, and maintaining progress documentation. A bachelor’s degree and current Ohio Special Education Intervention Specialist License or willingness to obtain certification are required; prior teaching experience is preferred but not required.
