Description
Mission Design & Automation is hiring a Shop Assistant/Cleanup Crew Member to support its Build and Electrical teams by maintaining shop cleanliness, emptying trash and recycling bins, sweeping and mopping, cleaning windows and equipment, assisting with tidying machine areas, reporting safety hazards, and helping with preventive maintenance and assigned tasks. The role is onsite in Holland, Michigan, generally Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., with occasional Saturday work, and is intended for currently enrolled high school students who can lift up to 50 pounds, demonstrate mechanical aptitude, work safely, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
