Neways is hiring a High-Tech Assembly Worker to assemble, solder, inspect, and repair electronic products in its PCBA department at Science Park in Eindhoven/Son. The role involves manually populating printed circuit boards, preparing components, performing manual soldering, and conducting quality inspections according to IPC standards. Candidates should have a VMBO or MBO education, soldering experience or willingness to learn, technical-drawing reading ability, Dutch and/or English proficiency, and availability for two shifts.
