Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is hiring a full-time Laboratory Automation Scientist in Rahway, New Jersey. The role develops high-throughput experiments with BSL-1 and BSL-2 biological agents and viruses, operates and maintains Tecan and Hamilton automation equipment, performs cell-based assays, biochemical testing, and HPLC, prepares reagents and culture media, analyzes and reports data, and maintains GMP records. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in Bio/Chemical Engineering or a related engineering concentration, one year of general laboratory experience involving mammalian cell culture, cell-based assays, and aseptic technique, and automation experience with Tecan and Hamilton systems including coding or scripting. The position is Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., pays $30–$31 per hour, and offers medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and paid leave benefits.
