Description
Gotion Inc. is hiring a high-voltage battery systems engineer to lead system-level technical work for electric-vehicle battery development and integration. The role translates vehicle and customer requirements into battery-system requirements, defines performance and safety targets, leads cross-functional architecture and trade studies, coordinates with BMS and controls teams, supports verification and validation, resolves technical issues, and helps establish engineering practices. The position may be filled at Staff, Senior Staff, or Principal level and requires a relevant engineering degree and at least seven years of experience in EV batteries or related automotive systems. The expected base pay range is $150,000 to $200,000 USD.
