ACCIONA Energía is hiring a Control Center Back Office Manager for its System Operations Center (CECOER) in Chicago. The role leads procedures, tools, systems, and resources supporting reliable and compliant renewable-energy operations; coordinates grid outages, switching, ISO interactions, and regulatory compliance; analyzes curtailment and congestion; supports SCADA and power-system analysis; and leads safety, training, and audit readiness. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field, at least five years of utility, control-center, or renewable-generation operations experience, familiarity with grid operations and SCADA, and NERC certification or the ability to obtain it. It offers a hybrid schedule, a base salary of $130,000–$190,000, and comprehensive benefits.
