Description
Intersect is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the design, coordination, technical oversight, and project delivery of high-voltage and medium-voltage energy systems across solar, wind, battery storage, data center, and natural gas projects. The role manages EPCs, engineers of record, consultants, utilities, regulatory and permitting challenges, interconnection applications, design standards, and cross-functional project teams, while supporting operations and compliance. Candidates need 15+ years of experience, including significant technical leadership, clean-energy project development, utility-scale energization, and HV substation or collector design. The position offers a total compensation of $220,000 to $260,000 in USD, equity, and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
