Description
The role manages demanding high-voltage projects from preparation through acceptance, coordinating site managers, supervisors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities include personnel, resource, equipment, and materials planning; quality, schedule, cost, safety, commercial, and risk management; change-order negotiations; technical implementation; site walkthroughs; documentation; and client relationship and technical consulting. The position requires a relevant engineering or business engineering degree or equivalent technical training, project-management experience in cable or line construction or energy infrastructure, knowledge of German construction contract law, MS Office and project-management or ERP skills, a class B driver’s license, strong German, and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
