Description
AUMOVIO is seeking a high-voltage product engineering leader to define and maintain technical product concepts, requirements, interfaces, and development scope; translate customer and portfolio needs into engineering targets; assess feasibility and impact; align technical planning with product lifecycle and business constraints; and lead cross-functional alignment across system, hardware, software, mechanical, thermal, safety, validation, quality, and manufacturing disciplines. The role requires a relevant engineering degree, at least eight years of automotive or comparable high-voltage product or system development experience, at least four years of technical project leadership or systems engineering experience, functional leadership of cross-functional teams, and experience with international project teams and customer or supplier collaboration.
