Elia Grid International is hiring a full-time High Voltage Substation Design Engineer in Berlin, Germany, to design and deliver complex high-voltage substation projects involving AIS, GIS, and hybrid systems. The role covers primary system engineering, electrical design calculations, equipment selection, technical documentation, tender preparation, multidisciplinary coordination, supplier review, FAT participation, and commissioning. Candidates need an electrical engineering degree, 3–5 years of high-voltage substation design experience, knowledge of IEC, EN, DIN, and VDE standards, proficiency with AutoCAD and Primtech, and German communication skills.
