The role develops growth strategies, identifies target institutions, builds relationships with colleges and universities, leads pursuit activities, collaborates with design and planning teams, and mentors team members. Candidates need at least six years of business development, client development, or related experience, knowledge of the Southeast higher education market, and strong relationship-building, proposal, communication, and organizational skills. The firm follows a four-day in-office work model with Friday flexibility.
