The role serves as the primary relationship leader and trusted advisor for a major university client, managing engagement from pursuit and contract development through design, construction, and project closeout. Responsibilities include leading multidisciplinary teams, coordinating project schedules and financial performance, negotiating contracts, managing risk, supporting business development, and mentoring team members. The position requires 10+ years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design, an active architectural license or professional interior design credential, and eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. The firm follows a four-day in-office work model.
