Plexus is seeking a Higher Level Assembly Technician to join their Focus Factory Team. This role involves assessing, implementing, and maintaining manufacturing procedures for intricate assembly processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety improvements. The technician will develop and execute manufacturing solutions, utilizing appropriate tools for documentation and production, and demonstrating an intermediate understanding of manufacturing processes. They will also support production line operators and require a comprehensive understanding of equipment, process control, safety, risk awareness, and setup.
