OneSchool Global UK is hiring a Higher Level Teaching Assistant for its Colchester campus. The permanent position is full time but term time only, and involves supporting teachers, planning and delivering learning activities for individuals, groups, or short-term whole-class sessions, and delivering targeted interventions. Candidates need experience working with children in a learning environment, knowledge of current education policies, legislation, statutory teaching frameworks, the national curriculum, and relevant learning programmes, plus Higher Level Teaching Assistant standards or equivalent NVQ Level 4/5 qualifications or experience.
