Description
OneSchool Global UK is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work full time during term time at its Ashbrook Campus. The role provides 1:1, small-group, and occasional whole-class learning support, including dedicated supervision of a named pupil, delivery of a bespoke curriculum, key-worker relationship building, implementation of EHCP outcomes, and enhanced supervision for activities such as swimming and off-site trips. Candidates need HLTA status or equivalent experience, experience supporting pupils with additional needs, knowledge of safeguarding and SEND frameworks and legislation, and resilience and adaptability.
