Description
Woodlands Primary School is hiring a permanent Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support Year 5 teaching and learning, provide whole-class cover during PPA and ECT release, and offer planned school-wide cover when needed. The role requires HLTA status or suitable experience and qualifications, confidence leading whole-class teaching, knowledge of the primary curriculum, experience supporting pupils with a range of needs including SEND, and strong relationship-building and organisational skills. The position pays £32,578–£34,811 pro rata for 26.17 hours during term time, with an interview scheduled for 9 October 2026 and commencement on 2 November 2026.
