Description
The Registered Behavior Technician will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for children with autism and related developmental disabilities, implement behavior intervention plans, collect and document data, communicate progress with supervising BCBA and behavioral services staff, and support clients in achieving personal goals. The role requires BACB certification or registration to take the RBT exam, CPI or equivalent crisis-prevention certification, U.S. employment authorization, and relevant experience with children and special-needs populations.
