Description

Parsons is hiring a Highway Design Engineer for its Eastern Canada Region to support transportation projects across Ontario. The role covers planning, preliminary and detailed design, rehabilitation, widening, expansion, interchange, ramp, urban road, geometric, drainage, pavement, safety, utilities, construction support, tender and contract documentation, and coordination with government, utility, municipal, contractor, and other stakeholders. The engineer will apply MTO standards, prepare technical deliverables, support project schedules and budgets, participate in client meetings, and mentor junior staff. The position requires a civil engineering degree, P.Eng. designation and registration with Professional Engineers Ontario, and at least five years of relevant highway or transportation engineering experience, including MTO project experience.
