SEH is hiring a Highway Engineer to join its Transportation team, supporting the planning, design, and construction of highway and transportation projects in the Munster, Indiana area, surrounding areas, or remotely in Indiana, with hybrid work also available. The role involves collaborating with engineers, designers, multi-discipline teams, and project managers to deliver innovative project solutions and build client relationships. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, experience with municipal or state highway/transportation project design and construction, familiarity with INDOT projects, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. The position offers an expected base compensation of $95,000 to $110,000 and requires U.S. work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship.
