Description
HDR is hiring a Highway/Roads Engineer to develop urban and rural highway and roadway projects under a Project Manager. The role oversees CAD Designers and junior staff, prepares detailed engineering designs, mentors junior staff, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, and may assist with project management as Deputy PM. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree, professional engineering licensure for the position's location, and prior experience across roadway engineering design; preferred qualifications include Civil3D design and modeling, WisDOT process knowledge, and experience with highway interchanges, intersections, traffic management, transportation planning, site planning, concept alignments, geometrical layouts, and CAD base alignment plans.
