Description
HDR is hiring a Highway Engineer to design and manage roadway and highway transportation projects. The role involves preparing roadway alignments, sections, intersections, interchanges, sight-distance analyses, and right-of-way plans using applicable local and AASHTO standards; coordinating with clients, design teams, subconsultants, and junior staff; and supporting project scopes, budgets, schedules, reports, and technical memos. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field, at least five years of transportation engineering design experience, a recognized professional engineering license, highway CAD software experience, and knowledge of Ohio Department of Transportation projects is preferred. The position is hybrid.
