Description

Larson Design Group is hiring a full-time Highway Program Manager in Lititz, Pennsylvania to lead a portfolio of highway projects and project managers, manage client relationships, oversee program performance, quality, financial results, staffing, risks, and strategic growth, and support business development. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, at least 15 years of relevant transportation engineering experience, and a Professional Engineer (PE) license; experience with PennDOT, the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, or municipal transportation clients is preferred.
