Larson Design Group is hiring a full-time Highway Project Manager in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. The role manages large highway design projects for PennDOT, the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, municipalities, and other clients, overseeing project delivery, proposals, budgets, schedules, quality control, compliance, risk, business development, and client relationships. It also includes personnel leadership, mentoring, workload forecasting, and support for departmental strategic planning. A bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering and at least eight years of experience are required; Professional Engineer licensure is strongly preferred, and knowledge of MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer, and ASTA is advantageous.
