Larson Design Group is hiring a full-time Highway Senior Project Manager in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania. The role leads large, complex highway design projects and multidisciplinary teams for transportation clients, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, financial performance, client relationships, project delivery, and staff development. The position requires a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field, at least 10 years of relevant transportation engineering experience, and a Professional Engineer license; experience with PennDOT, the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, or municipal transportation clients is preferred.
