Description

Evernorth Health Services India is seeking an SAP IBP Software Engineering Advisor to lead functional design, configuration, integration, testing, cutover, governance, and production support for SAP Integrated Business Planning and related SAP S/4HANA supply chain capabilities. The role covers demand, response and supply, inventory, Control Tower, Order-Based Planning, Real-Time Integration, and cross-functional planning processes, with a requirement for at least 10 years of relevant SAP supply chain planning experience and a bachelor’s degree.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree
Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years of SAP supply chain planning, SAP IBP, SAP APO, SAP S/4HANA, or related configuration and business analysis experience
At least one full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, SAP APO-to-IBP, or major supply chain planning implementation
Hands-on SAP IBP demand, response and supply, inventory, sales and operations planning, and Control Tower experience
Experience planning or executing a transition to Order-Based Planning
Hands-on SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA Real-Time Integration experience
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in wholesale distribution, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences environments
Advanced SAP IBP Control Tower, Response & Supply, Order-Based Planning, Inventory Optimization, Sales and Operations Planning, and SAP Analytics Cloud experience
Experience transitioning from batch-oriented integration patterns to Real-Time Integration
Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform and Real-Time Integration profiles
Experience with flexible master data, planning-area models, supply heuristics, and deployment planning
Experience with supply planning algorithms and purchase order recommendations
Experience in Agile delivery environments
SAP IBP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP SCM, or supply chain planning certification
