Ford is hiring a Hybrid HIL Engineer to support product development and system integration by designing and maintaining hardware-in-the-loop test strategies, automation frameworks, and HIL simulation benches. The role covers test generation, configuration management, CI/CD, documentation, training, and cross-functional collaboration, with a strong focus on dSPACE platforms, automotive diagnostics, in-vehicle networks, and software development. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field and extensive experience with dSPACE HIL systems, ControlDesk and AutomationDesk, ECU flashing, test automation, vehicle networks, and software QA. The position is hybrid, requiring onsite presence four or more days per week, and offers a base salary range of $68,300 to $192,900.
