Nidec Conversion is hiring a HIL Test Engineer for its Cinisello Balsamo site to test power converters used in electric drives and energy applications such as STATCOMs. The role involves understanding converter design and operation, performing numerical simulations with MATLAB/Simulink, analyzing converter-grid interactions, and applying hardware-in-the-loop testing methods.
