Flo is hiring a HIPAA Security Engineer in London, United Kingdom. The role leads the design and operation of US healthcare security controls, owns HIPAA compliance and SOC 2 Type II certification roadmaps, manages audits and risk policies, automates compliance evidence gathering, supports ISO 27001/27701 alignment, and manages GRC tooling in a cloud-based SaaS environment. The position requires 7+ years of security/compliance experience, including 3+ years in leadership, a related bachelor's degree, and offers comprehensive visa sponsorship and relocation support. It is hybrid, with three office days per week.
