RIA Recruiting is hiring a part-time Hiring Associate to work as an independent contractor for its recruiting firm. The role reviews resumes, conducts 15- to 30-minute Zoom interviews, evaluates candidates, and updates the applicant tracking system. Compensation is $30-$40 per hour based on experience, with flexible scheduling and an expectation of approximately 15-20 hours per week. Some financial or wealth management background and HR experience are preferred, while the ability to make hiring decisions, strong communication skills, organization, and a computer with video capability are required.
