Progress Rail, a Caterpillar company, is hiring four full-time manufacturing roles in Muncie, Indiana through Impact Workforce Solutions: Electrical Assembler, Painter, Final Tester Technician, and Welder. The Electrical Assembler installs and terminates wires and wire harnesses in electrical compartments; the Painter prepares, paints, and repairs locomotive and railcar components; the Final Tester Technician tests, diagnoses, and repairs locomotive systems; and the Welder fabricates and joins workpieces using MIG, Stick, and other welding techniques.
