The role handles in-person member inquiries, teller-line transactions, account and lending products, credit and debit cards, fraud resolution, identity verification, compliance, and product recommendations. It requires cash-handling experience, 1–3 years of customer-service experience, computer-system navigation ability, and United States citizenship. The schedule is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with pay of $23.28 per hour and benefits available to eligible employees.
