Description
Micron Technology is hiring a Process Engineer (Production Technology Development) in semiconductor memory manufacturing to improve productivity and yield, optimize manufacturing processes, launch new equipment, and troubleshoot quality issues. The role may be assigned to processes such as lithography, etching, metallization, CMP, diffusion, CVD/PVD, WET, or metrology. A bachelor's degree in science or engineering, analytical and problem-solving skills, Japanese proficiency at N2 or higher, and semiconductor or manufacturing mass-production experience are required; prior experience is not necessary because training and mentorship are provided.
