Adventist HealthCare is hiring a full-time Histology Supervisor for its Capital Choice Pathology Lab in Silver Spring, Maryland. The role oversees anatomic pathology laboratory operations, supervises and mentors laboratory personnel, manages workflow and staffing, performs laboratory bench work, resolves laboratory issues, maintains quality control and regulatory compliance, and supports payroll and personnel administration. The position requires 4–7 years of clinical laboratory experience focused on anatomic pathology or histology, 1–3 years in a lead or supervisory role, HT(ASCP) or HTL(ASCP) certification, and a color vision test. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 3:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., with flexibility, and the pay range is $77,313.60 to $115,980.80.
