Shield AI is hiring a Hivemind Enterprise Delivery Program Manager to lead the delivery and integration of Hivemind autonomy software for Armed Services and OEM customers. The role manages cross-functional engineering programs, aircraft integration, flight-test readiness, schedules, budgets, risks, technical documentation, stakeholder communication, and program execution. It requires extensive experience in complex engineering programs, military aviation, software-enabled systems, and program governance, along with a bachelor’s degree or a master’s degree and the ability to travel up to 30%.
