Description
The HLA Technologist performs ABO and donor histocompatibility testing, including test management, performance, evaluation, initial donor typing, real-time PCR HLA typing, equipment maintenance, quality control and quality assurance, and transplant on-call rotation. This is a part-time, as-needed role with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and requires availability for an on-call schedule from 6:00 PM to 8:30 AM seven days per week, with at least three to five shifts per month.
